In this time of transformation it is so important to be grounded in yourself and your personal practice. By meditating in a group for 30 days you will be creating the pathways, routine, and commitment to keeping yourself centered for the year to come. This is a time for you to commit to yourself and the changes you want to see in your life and on this planet. It takes practice to be who you want to be and live a life you truly love!
It is so important to create the time and space for your life to shift, for growth to happen, for peace to be found~EVERYDAY! This practice will greatly impact your day to day awareness and life!

We will begin on Monday, January 4th and meditate everyday for 1 hour, except Sundays until February 6th. This is a great commitment to make to yourself and the planet. By stepping into this commitment together we will be stretched! But we will also be supported beyond what we know. Doors will open, new pathways will be formed, grace will flow. Now more than ever we each need to be making a commitment to focus and ground into the light~ No matter what~

Sarah will be leading you through guided meditation. Everyday will be a new adventure into your own awareness and consciousness. What we will be focusing on depends on who participates. Every course Sarah offers is designed directly to who shows up and what you are dealing with in your life. You are the one that provides the lesson plan through what you bring in your energy, life, and Soul. All are welcome.

There are 2 different ways to make this commitment.
1. Listen to the live, 1-hour conference call every morning with Sarah at 6 AM pacific time. That is 7 AM mountain time, 8 AM central time, and 9 AM eastern time. Every call will be different.
OR
2.Set up a time with Sarah that you will listen to a recording of the meditation everyday.

The cost for this 30-day intensive is $500.
There is power in a group. So for every person you bring you will receive $250 off. If you bring 2 people to this commitment your tuition is free!

Cleanse YOUR BODY!
In addition to the 30 day meditation commitment you can also be committing to your physical health and well being. The food you eat has a huge affect on the life you live. Take these 30 days as an opportunity to shift your diet and do a cleanse.
Have a private session with Sarah and Erica Ingier. Once they know your goals for your body they will help you create a routine and plan for the next 30 days. After your private session there will be 4 follow up group conference calls, for one hour, once a week. In these calls you can ask questions and also receive information on:
1. DETOXING ~ Why detoxing is important and what happens when you do. Release the old and make room for the new. The body is better able to absorb nutrients after a cleanse.
2. Specific guidelines for the journey. Foods, supplements, goodies that we'll be introducing to support your system.
3. Helpful things to do that will be supportive during the journey, and a great on going addition to your new lifestyle. Rebounding, walking, massage, colonics, etc.
4. Maintenance! Top 3-5 things that no one should be without and specific foods to keep with you.

The cost for cleansing your body, a private session and 4 follow up calls, is $200. The conference calls will be every Thursday evening from 7:00-8:00 PM Central standard time, January 7, 14, 21, 28. Your private session will be scheduled in the weeks before January 4th, so you can start your cleanse in the new year.

The practice of the feminine is to feel good. When the feminine feels joy in the body it is a gift to everyone and everything. The blessing of the feminine is to create through being.
In this class we will practice feeling into the mysterious ocean that is our body. We will practice living from this place. We will practice creating our lives from a place of great receptivity. This is a time to laugh, share, and heal your feminine essence.

"The Blessing of the Feminine" will be on Wednesday nights from 7-8:30 PM central time. (that is 5 PM pacific, 6 PM mountain, 7 PM central, and 8 PM eastern) The class will be for 5 weeks beginning Wednesday February 24. The dates of the class are February 24, March 3, 10, 17, and 24. SEX! will be on Wednesday nights from 7-9 PM central time. The class will be 5 weeks beginning May 5th. The dates of the class are May 5, 12, 19, 26, and June 2. The cost of this class is $600. Payment arrangements are always available.

This will be a weekend to reclaim the energy stored in the shadow aspects of your psyche. Sarah and Luke will guide you through a series of experiential exercises that facilitate emotional integration. There will be an opportunity for 8 individuals to be personally facilitated within a larger group container. The emotional shadow integration weekend will be in San Fransisco at the home of Sarah and Luke Entrup. Sarah and Luke will work together to help bring about greater healing within your emotional body. This is a powerful opportunity to step into a strong container and explore the depth of your emotional capacity. When we have clarity and understanding within the emotional body we have the space to step into and fully become a Master Creator! Creation becomes a fun, abundant game to play.

The cost of this weekend is $300 to attend or $500 if you would like to be individually facilitated. We will begin on Friday at 6 PM and end on Sunday at 3PM.
